Every Rebekah Jayne garment is made to order, with each piece carefully crafted in our studio. Please allow a standard turnaround time of 2–3 weeks from the date of your order. This may vary slightly depending on current order volume, but rest assured that each piece is made with the same attention to detail and care.

If you need your garment by a specific date – whether it’s for a special occasion or just because you can’t wait to wear it – we offer a rush order service for an additional £20.00 and we’ll do our best to prioritise your order and ensure it arrives on time.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery, at a flat rate of £4.95. This service aims to deliver parcels within 24 hours of dispatch and includes full tracking, so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, please note that delivery times are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels once they are in the hands of the postal service. If you experience any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly with your tracking number for assistance.
